Societe Generale Ghana Unit Full-Year Profit Rises 15%

SG-SSB Ltd. (SGSSB), the Ghanaian unit of French lender Societe Generale (GLE) SA, said full-year profit rose 15 percent to 22.87 million cedis.

Net interest income increased to 68.4 million cedis in the year through December from 65.5 million cedis a year earlier, the Accra-based bank said in a statement e-mailed by the Ghana Stock Exchange today.

A dividend of 0.04 cedi for the year will be paid on April 30, it said in a separate statement from the bourse.
