H. Moser Owner May Sell Watchmaker Stake, SonntagsZeitung Says

H. Moser & Cie., a Swiss watchmaker, is looking for a capital injection and owner Thomas Straumann may divide up his majority stake of 70 percent in the company, SonntagsZeitung reported, without saying where it got the information.

New Chief Executive Officer Christof Zuber, may have “put out feelers” toward International Watch Co., owned by Cie Financiere Richemont SA (CFR), the newspaper reported, without providing more details.
