Sierra Leone Sells $1 Million at Foreign-Currency Auction

The Bank of Sierra Leone sold all of the $1 million it offered at a foreign-currency auction yesterday, with an average exchange rate of 4,322.60 leones per dollar, it said in a statement distributed in Freetown, the capital, today.

The central bank will offer $1 million at its next auction on March 7, it said.
