Charles Munger, the billionaire vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRK/A), donated Class A shares valued at about $18.9 million to the University of Michigan.

Munger, 88, donated 158 shares on Feb. 21, according to a filing today to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
