NWB Said to Sell 500 Million Euros of 15-Year Bonds

Nederlandse Waterschapsbank NV is selling 500 million euros of 15-year bonds, according to a banker involved in the deal.

The notes may be priced to yield about 75 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate.

BNP Paribas SA and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are managing the transaction.
