Amadeus IT Holding SA (AMS) was little changed in Madrid trading after Air France-KLM Group sold a stake.

The stock traded at 14.29 euros, down 0.1 percent, at 10:14 a.m. local time after a trading suspension was lifted by Spanish regulators.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Spain’s Banco Santander SA (SAN) were hired to place 33.6 million Amadeus shares on behalf of the airline via an accelerated bookbuild offering, a regulatory filing showed.
