India’s ONGC Offers to Sell Naphtha Cargo for March Loading

Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC), India’s biggest state-owned oil explorer, offered a naphtha cargo for loading in March, according to a document e-mailed to potential buyers.

Details of the offer are as follow:

Ports:         Mumbai
Bids open:     March 2, 9:30 a.m. local time
Bids validity: March 2, 7:30 p.m. local time
