Bardan Sees No Need to Sell Branches After Zachodni Merger

Maciej Bardan, the chief executive officer of Kredyt Bank SA (KRB), the Polish bank that is merging with Bank Zachodni WBK SA (BZW), sees no need to sell branches to meet regulatory requirements, he said in a phone interview with Bloomberg News today.

Bardan sees no impact from the merger on financing of the bank’s lending action.
