Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Canadian mills processed 5.1 percent less canola and 4.8 percent more soybeans in the week ended Feb. 22, compared with a week earlier, an industry group said.
Mills crushed 146,394 metric tons of canola, also known as rapeseed, and 29,969 tons of soybeans, the Winnipeg, Manitoba- based Canadian Oilseed Processors Association said today in a statement.
