Venizelos Meets With Banks, Troika on Debt Swap, Ministry Says

Feb. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Greek Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos is meeting with officials from the Institute of International Finance and the so-called troika -- the European Commission, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund -- on the terms of a debt swap with private creditors.
The meeting is taking place in Brussels at the same time as euro area finance chiefs are holding talks on a second rescue package for Greece, a Greek Finance Ministry official said.
