Romgaz 2011 Net Income Rises 17% to 762 Million Lei, Revenue Up

Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Romgaz SA, Romania’s natural-gas company, said its 2011 net income increased 17 percent to 762 million lei ($233 million).
The company’s sales increased to 4 billion lei last year from 3.6 billion lei a year earlier, Dumitru Chisalita, the company’s chief executive officer, said during a conference in Bucharest today.
