SEC Seeks Testimony of Zimmerman in Suit Versus Goldman’s Tourre

Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which is suing Goldman Sachs Group Inc. trader Fabrice Tourre for misleading investors in a collateralized debt obligation, said it wants to question Jorg Zimmerman, a former employee of IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, according to court records.
