Argentina Had Primary Surplus of 622.4 Million Pesos in January

Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Argentina had a budget surplus excluding interest payments of 622.4 million pesos ($143 million) in January, the Economy Ministry said in an e-mail statement today.
