Vietnam’s PV Oil Said to Offer Crude Cargoes for April Loading

Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- PV Oil Co., Vietnam’s state-owned oil marketing company, offered to sell cargoes of Te Giac Trang, Bach Ho and Ruby oil, totaling as much as 1.8 million barrels, for loading in April, said five trading sources who participate in the market, declining to be identified because the information is confidential.
