Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Greek Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos said a formal offer for a Greek debt swap will be made by the end of this week.
Legislation on the swap and to implement austerity measures will be submitted to parliament today, he said, so that the laws are approved before a summit of European Union leaders. He spoke to reporters in Athens today, in comments televised live on state-run NET TV.
