Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Demographics require the Canadian government to make changes to the Old Age Security pension plan, Human Resources Minister Diane Finley said today.

In a speech in Toronto, Finley said Canada will give details of proposed changes to its public pension system in its next budget, which is traditionally presented before the end of March.
