FGA Capital Said to Sell 500 Million Euros of Two-Year Notes

Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- FGA Capital SpA is selling 500 million euros of senior unsecured bonds due in 2014, according to two people with knowledge of the sale.

The notes may be priced to yield about 5.5 percent, the people said. Credit Agricole CIB, Citigroup Inc. and UniCredit SpA are managing the deal. The notes are being issued by FGA Capital Ireland Plc.
