Bank of England Said to Hire Banks for Dollar Bond Sale

Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- The Bank of England plans to sell three-year bonds in dollars, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
Bank of America Corp., Goldman Sachs Group Inc., HSBC Holdings Plc and Morgan Stanley are managing the deal, the banker said.
