Feb. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Prosecutors asked the full U.S. Appeals Court in New York to rehear the appeal of former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. programmer Sergey Aleynikov, whose conviction for stealing computer code was overturned yesterday.
Prosecutors asked for an order recalling the reversal of the conviction and for an extension of time to file a petition for a rehearing by a three-judge panel or the entire appeals court.
