Feb. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Center Parcs plans to sell 740 million pounds of five- and 12-year of class A secured bonds, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
The company is selling 267.5 million pounds of five-year notes that may be priced to yield 390 to 400 basis points more than gilts, the banker said. The 12-year notes will total 472.5 million pounds and may be priced to yield about 475 basis points over gilts.
The company is also selling 280 million pounds of class B notes that may yield about 11.75 percent.
