Feb. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Canadian mills processed 3.4 percent less canola and 7.3 percent more soybeans in the week ended Feb. 15, compared with a week earlier, an industry group said.
Mills crushed 154,225 metric tons of canola, also known as rapeseed, and 28,593 tons of soybeans, the Winnipeg, Manitoba- based Canadian Oilseed Processors Association said today in a statement.
