UBS Said to Price $2 Billion of Contingent Capital Notes

Feb. 15 (Bloomberg) -- UBS AG sold $2 billion of 10-year contingent capital notes, according to a banker involved in the transaction. The bonds were priced at par and pay a 7.25 percent coupon.
