Feb. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Rosneft Oil Co. sold Russia’s Sokol crude for loading in March to Royal Dutch Shell Plc at a premium to the Dubai benchmark of about $7.50 a barrel, according to three traders who participate in the market. They declined to be identified because the information is confidential.
