Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. is restoring operations at El Abra in northern Chile after heavy rainfall impacted the copper mine over the weekend, Eric Kinneberg, company director of external communications, said in an e- mailed response to questions today.
