Kansai Electric Delays Start of Awaji Wind Farm Operations

Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Kansai Electric Power Co. will delay the start of commercial operations at a wind farm in Awaji city in Japan’s Hyogo prefecture.

The Japanese utility aims to start operations in February 2013, from a previous plan to start by end-March, according to a statement on its website today.
