Saudi Cement Output Rises 23% in January, Yamamah Data Show

Feb. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Cement production in Saudi Arabia, the Arab world’s largest economy, grew 23 percent in January from the same month a year earlier.
Production from 13 companies rose to 4.8 million tons last month from 3.9 million tons in January 2011, according to industry data posted on the website of Yamamah Saudi Cement Co.
