Rio Tinto Loses Australia Appeal on Pilbara Non-Union Contract

Feb. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Rio Tinto Group, the world’s third- biggest mining company lost an appeal at Australia’s top court to keep using some non-unionized workers at its railway operations in the Pilbara mining region of Western Australia.
