Noyer Says French Growth Is ‘Flat,’ Economy on Verge of Rebound

Feb. 10 (Bloomberg) -- European Central Bank governing concil member Christian Noyer said French growth is currently “flat” rather than declining and the economy is on the verge of a rebound.
“We’re about to take off again, there are signs,” Noyer said today on Europe 1 radio.
