Voith Yuan Loan Said to Attract at Least Five Banks in Marketing

Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Voith AG’s yuan-denominated loan has attracted at least five banks in syndication, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Commerzbank AG, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, HSBC Holdings Plc and Standard Chartered Plc have joined arranging lender Citigroup Inc., the person said, asking not to be identified as details are private.
The five-year facility for the German maker of turbines and paper producing machines has not been signed yet, the person said.
