U.S. Seeking Energy Investment Opportunities in Mozambique

Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. companies are seeking investment opportunities in Mozambique’s energy industry, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Johnnie Carson said.
Carson was speaking in Maputo, the southern African nation’s capital, today after meeting President Armando Guebuza. He is leading a group of businessmen from companies including Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and Chevron Corp. on a visit to Mozambique.
