Stryker Says Chairman, CEO Macmillan Resigned for Family Reasons

Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Stryker Corp. said Stephen P. MacMillan resigned as chairman, president and chief executive officer for family reasons.
Chief Financial Officer Curt Hartman was named interim chief executive and William U. Parfet was appointed non- executive chairman, the company said.
