Richards Bay Coal Terminal Exports Increased by 1.7% in January

Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Richards Bay Coal Terminal, on South Africa’s eastern coast, shipped 4.46 million metric tons of the fuel in January, 1.7 percent more than a year earlier, according to Bloomberg calculations based on data published on the company’s website.
The terminal received 6.33 million tons of coal during the month, and had 3.54 million tons of stocks at the end of January, according to RBCT.
