Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Circle Anglia Social Housing Plc hired Deutsche Bank AG and Banco Santander SA to organize fixed- income investor meetings in London and Edinburgh starting Feb. 20, according to a banker with knowledge of the matter.
