Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- PT Bumi Resources signed an agreement on Feb. 6 with China Development Bank Corp. and the Jakarta branch of Bank of China for a $600 million, four-year loan, the Indonesian coal producer said in a stock exchange filing.
Bumi will use the loan to refinance its debt to Bank of America Merill Lynch, Barclays Plc and JPMorgan Chase & Co., it said yesterday. The loan will pay an interest of 6.7 percent more than the London interbank offered rate a year, Bumi said.
