Peru’s Ferreyros Raises $60 Million From Share Sale in Lima

Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Ferreyros SA, the Lima-based distributor for Caterpillar Inc., said it raised $60 million from a share sale.
The company sold 98 percent of its 75 million share offering at 2.28 soles ($0.85) per share, Ferreyros said today in an e-mailed statement.
