Ford’s FCE Bank Said to Sell 250 Million Pounds of 2017 Bonds

Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- FCE Bank Plc, a unit of Ford Motor Co., is selling 250 million pounds of bonds due in 2017, according to two people with knowledge of the sale.
The notes may be priced to yield about 5 percent, the people said. BNP Paribas SA, Deutsche Bank AG, HSBC Holdings Plc and Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc are managing the deal.
