Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Ukraine sold a 45 percent stake in Ukrainian power distributor VAT Chernivtsioblenergo, the state property fund said.

TOV VS Energy International Ukraine bought the holding for 70 million hryvnia ($9 million) today, the state property fund said in a statement on its website.
