U.S. Reduces Estimate for Electricity Demand in 2012

Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. electricity demand in 2012 will average 10.63 billion kilowatt hours a day, down 0.3 percent from 10.66 billion estimated in January, the Energy Department said in its monthly Short-Term Energy Outlook.
