Swiss Market Index Falls 0.3 Percent, Paced by Swatch and UBS

Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- The Swiss Market Index, a measure of Switzerland’s biggest and most actively traded companies, fell 0.3 percent to 6,128.25 at 9:26 a.m. in Zurich. Swatch Group AG and UBS AG paced the retreat.
