Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. appointed Hsin Yue Yong as co-head of its investment banking operations in Southeast Asia, according to an internal memo obtained by Bloomberg News.
Yong is currently the head of strategic relationship development in Asia outside Japan, according to the document. She joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 and became a managing director in 2007.
Brooks Entwistle will continue as chairman of Southeast Asia and will be co-head of investment banking for the region together with Yong, the memo showed.
