Georgia Supreme Court Says Assisted Suicide Law Unconstitutional

Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The Georgia Supreme Court ruled that a state law barring the advertisement of services related to assisted suicide is unconstitutional as a violation of free speech, according to a decision made public today.
