Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Flows of natural gas from Russia are “back to normal” to some member states in the European Union, European Commission spokeswoman Marlene Holzner told reporters in Brussels today.
Flows to Romania, Germany and Italy are not yet back to normal, she said. There is “no emergency” and energy companies are able to manage the gas situation at present and all member states are able to cope with market measures, either by taking gas from storage or using liquified natural gas, she said.
