Malema Loses Appeal Against Suspension From South Africa’s ANC

Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Julius Malema, leader of the Youth League of South Africa’s ruling African National Congress, lost an appeal against his suspension from the party, the disciplinary appeals committee said.
Malema will be given the opportunity to argue to reduce his five-year suspension, Cyril Ramaphosa, chairman of the committee, told reporters in Johannesburg today.
