Feb. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Petroleo Brasileiro SA, Brazil’s state-controlled oil producer, found traces of natural gas in an offshore well in the BM-POT-11 block of the country’s Potiguar Basin.

The discovery in well 1BRSA962RNS hasn’t yet been declared commercially viable, according to a posting on the website of Brazil’s National Petroleum Agency.
