Multiplan Sells Sao Paulo Building to Oracle for $95.8 Million

Feb. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliarios SA sold Morumbi Business Center, an office building in Sao Paulo, to Oracle do Brasil Sistemas Ltda., a unit of Oracle Corp., for 165 million reais ($95.8 million), the company said in a statement posted on its website yesterday.
