Feb. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. shares gained for a fourth day in Czech trading, poised for the broadcaster’s biggest weekly rally since May 2010.

The stock climbed 10 percent to 157.5 koruna as of 3:52 p.m. in Prague, extending its gains this week to 16 percent.
