Feb. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Pioneer Investments, controlled by UniCredit SpA, agreed to transfer mutual funds worth 563 million rubles ($17 million) to BNP Paribas SA, according to an e-mailed statement today.

The funds will be managed by Paribas’ Investment Partners unit, the statement said.
