Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Osem Investments Ltd. said Gad Propper sold his holdings in the Israeli foodmaker to Nestle SA. The Swiss food company increased its stake in Osem to 58.76 percent, according to statement filed today with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
