Noonan Says Transaction Tax May Move Jobs to London From Dublin

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Irish Finance Minister Michael Noonan said a financial transaction tax which doesn’t cover the U.K. would push jobs to London from Dublin. Speaking in parliament, he said the government “couldn’t live” with a levy that applied in Ireland, but not the U.K.
