Nomura Updates Latin American Currency Forecasts for 2012

Feb. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Strategists at Nomura Securities Inc. in New York updated forecasts for Latin America, showing they expect most regional currencies to close the year stronger, and the Brazilian real to be weaker than previously forecast.

Nomura raised its year-end forecasts for the Chilean, Colombian, Mexican and Argentine currencies.
